The Clinical Physiology section is part of the medical clinic and is currently in an exciting phase of development. The operation started in the autumn of 2025, and from March 1, 2026, we will accept referrals according to free choice of care, including referrals from primary care. The operation is conducted in connection with Ersta's cardiology clinic in the new hospital building.

About the role

As a biomedical analyst with us, you will work with standard tasks within clinical physiology, where a central part of the assignment is to perform echocardiographic examinations. The Clinical Physiology section is co-located with the cardiology clinic, and cardiac diagnostics are conducted in close collaboration with outpatient cardiology, which provides excellent opportunities for interdisciplinary learning and development.

Since the operation is in a startup phase, there are great opportunities to be involved in shaping workflows, processes, and routines.

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills, who is responsible and works in a structured manner. You are confident in your professional role, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive and professional collaboration.

Your experience

You are a biomedical analyst in clinical physiology and have experience in performing echocardiographic examinations. If you can also work independently with other examinations, such as exercise tests, Holter monitoring, spirometry, or vascular examinations, we consider this an asset.
